Wingedhaven Retreats LLC runs wingedhavenretreats.com. This page explains what the site collects and what we do with it.
We save your email address, which plans you asked for, the date you signed up, the date you confirmed and the date we sent the plans. First we email you a link to confirm the address is yours. Once you use it, we email you the plans, and we also email you when new plans or updates come out, about twice a year. If the link is never used, we don't email that address again.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Once you use it, we stop emailing you. To have your address deleted entirely, email Scott@wingedhavenretreats.com.
Messages sent from our contact page come to us by email, with your name and email address so we can reply. The site doesn't keep a copy.
We send email through Google Workspace, and the site runs on a DigitalOcean server. We don't sell, rent or share your address with anyone else.
Like most websites, our server keeps a log of each visit: your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, and delete them after 14 days. The site sets two cookies that it needs to work, including one that protects the site's forms. They expire after two hours. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site counts how many times each page is viewed, and keeps only that count, nothing about who viewed it.
Our plans are sold on Etsy. Links to Etsy take you to their site, where Etsy's privacy policy applies. These links pass through our own short-link service, which counts how many times each link is used. It doesn't record anything about you.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
